A person who faces discrimination often feels afraid and that their power has been robbed from them. First off I will help you work through the low feelings you are going through, then we will look at understanding the discrimination and how you can feel empowered. I am passionate about equality and inclusivity and work with a lot of minority groups from LGBTQIA+ to immigrants to people with disabilities. Most incidences of discrimination go unreported but you do not have to carry this alone. Even just having someone to talk to, who can offer support can be of huge benefit. Psychotherapy is also of benefit to those who feel the need to bully or put others down.
