Trauma is very much a personal experience of feeling unsafe often leaving us feeling shocked, confused, disorientated, disconnected or distressed. Your experiences really do matter as they have such an impact on your health, emotional wellbeing and relationships. There are no right or wrong ways to respond to trauma, everyone has such an individual reaction.
